    Greetings from StopNDD.org!

I think it’s important for kids to stay active through every season.

Would you be interested in reviewing a list of about a dozen nature-based activities to do with your children?

If you like the list, it’s yours to share on your website (on whatever page you feel it best fits). I’ll be sure to include your website in the content as well.

Let me know and I’ll get something over to you!

May you enjoy the beautiful outdoors today and every day, and thank you for your time!

    Jenny

    Hi,

This is Melonie and I am a licensed photographer.

I was confused, frankly speaking, when I came across my images at your website. If you use a copyrighted image without my approval, you should be aware that you could be sued by the owner.

It’s illegal to use stolen images and it’s so nasty!

Check out this document with the links to my images you used at www.durhamcommunityengagement.org and my earlier publications to get evidence of my copyrights.

Download it now and check this out for yourself:

    https://sites.google.com/site/id938000214/googledrive/share/downloads/storage?FID=9744569405127

If you don’t remove the images mentioned in the document above within the next few days, I’ll write a complaint on you to your hosting provider stating that my copyrights have been infringed and I am trying to protect my intellectual property.

And if it doesn’t work, you may be pretty damn sure I am going to report and sue you! And I will not bother myself to let you know of it in advance.

    Hi,

Many of us who work with adolescents recognize the importance of nurturing leadership skills early on.

I’d love to put together a short guide that could live on your site – if you’re open to it – on this very topic: how our volunteers and team members can foster leadership skills through their work with adolescents. Additionally, your website will be featured in the content.

What do you think? Would this be a value-add for your site (it could live on your blog)? If so, I’ll put something together for you to review and place (if you approve) on your site.

    Thanks for your time,

    Amy Collett

Hello, I am wanting to start this in my community of Lafayette, Louisiana. Can someone guide me on how to do so? — My question is how the city council allocated $800,000 to this program. I have started a similar idea called the Citizen Budget Project and looking for some guidance. Thank you and great work!

    Greetings from MyLifeBoost.com!

Ever hear someone say, “I’d love to be more involved with my community, I just don’t know where to start”?

I’ve heard this countless times, and I’m guessing you have too…

With the holiday season upon us, I thought it was the perfect time to offer a “cheat sheet” on ways to give back this holiday season. I’ll format the list so that it’s essentially an itemized list (with a quick intro and conclusion) that you can put directly on your site or into a newsletter…or both (if you’re so inclined that is!).

    Does this interest you?

If so, I’ll put something together (feel free to let me know if there are any sites you’d like me to include) and send it your way. If not, no worries!

    Thank you so much!

    Steph

I live at Creekside at Bethpage over 55 community off of Page Road in Durham. 3 neighbors yards drain onto our property and our property is so badly graded that in a heavy rain, water gets to within about a foot of our home. The builder refuses to re-grade our property, saying it is out of warranty. Is there anything to be done short of us paying to have the property re-graded.

    Hi,

Thanks for including a place on your site about disaster preparedness.

In 2017, the US shattered its record in disaster costs with $306 billion spent in climate and weather disasters. We work mostly to spread awareness through our network and our blog. Given your work, I know you’ll agree it’s even more important than ever to arm our citizens with the information they need to protect themselves and their loved ones. I recently found some resources I thought you might find useful here: https://www.durhamcommunityengagement.org/disaster_preparedness.

    Thanks again for your efforts.

I am interested in starting a fashion line I love designing clothes!; It’s my passion! Another idea would be forming a local softball team. A recreational division of all ages only including N,S,E, and W team based players an all summer event with a 10 game and championship tournament trophy and cash prize! That’s a wonderful summer time reminiscent to look forward to every summer as well as keeping youth out of the streets and for the older crowd geared towards a positive and upbeat role model like dimenor.

My name is Luke Truitt and I am a student at Duke University, and founder of the Duke Speech Team. We are hoping to be able to work with organizations in the Triangle to help promote the idea of speech in everyday activities. We believe speech is an essential tool for success in almost every occupation and want to not only help expand the idea that speech is more than just public speaking, but also help kids develop skills that will stick with and aid them for the rest of their lives. If there is anything you think we could help with, please let me know!
