The first in our series highlighted the neighborhood of Walltown. We heard from Brandon Williams, James Hill, and Audrey Mitchell. Mr. Williams presented a brief history of Walltown and the life of George Wall, the name sake founder of the community. Mr. Hill and Mrs. Mitchell delighted us with stories about growing up in Walltown, how everyone knew everyone, what changes they have seen over the years and that the sense of ownership and respect for ones community still remains to this day.
