The City of Durham’s Neighborhood Improvement Services (NIS) Department’s Community Engagement Division invites proposals through a Request for Proposals (RFP) from community-based organizations. This funding opportunity supports free summer programs designed specifically for underserved youth in Durham. Programs should be culturally affirming, accessible, and sustainable.
