Neighborhood Improvement Services of the City of Durham invites you to join us at the art gallery opening titled Peace by Piece: Art, Belonging, and Community. This art gallery will showcase the work organized by the City of Durham through a grant received from the organization Welcoming America, focused on bridging the gap between the immigrant/refugee community in Durham with long-term residents.

Our art gallery will showcase paintings from the teen classes and a quilt made by the adult classes. The event will also feature free food, live music, and activities for kids.

It will take place on Friday, June 16th from 6 to 8pm at Durham Bottling Co at 506 Ramseur St. There is street parking and a parking lot next to DBCo. Feel free to use either option.

Los Servicios de Mejoramiento de Vecindarios de la Ciudad de Durham lo invitan a unirse a nosotros en la inauguración de la galería de arte titulada Peace by Piece: Art, Belonging, and Community.
