Finding My Center-Oxford Manor

Staff recently partnered with Colors of Yoga to provide classes to the residents in Oxford Manor. The instructor started with a discussion about what yoga looks like to them, led the students through beginner yoga poses while music played and ended the class with a brief meditation. I look forward to the physical distancing friendly activities we bring to the community during these times.
Did the dental truck in the back catch your eye? Here's the website to check them out. They were rolling through DHA communities this week.
