Dementia Inclusive West End Community Resource Fair

The "Community Resource Fair" will bring together supports and services providers for persons with dementia and their families and care partners. The event will offer information and approaches to challenges confronting persons living with dementia and those caring for them. There will be other offerings to support wellbeing of persons with dementia - including creating personalized music, reminiscing activities, fun dances and laughter yoga, brain healthy refreshments and more!
